The interaction with my customer service rep Christina was very pleasant however and deserves 5 Stars especially because she made an effort to pronounce english in a way that could be understood! The prices are unmatched. F.e the car rental place on sight in Turkey is charging more then x5 the amount!”
“Booking was straightforward and efficient and rental charges were competitive. However, owing to recurring Ryanair failings, I missed my flight and needed to cancel my car rental. Was unable to do this on the 'manage/cancel' section of the VIP website. But using Live Chat - which was timely and efficient - I was assured that the booking would be cancelled and the only charge would be the deposit already paid of about 8 Euro. If this is the outcome, then VIP is to be recommended
for effectively dealing with my concern, despite limitations on their website.”
