We have rented cars twice now through VIP cars and the retainer fee charged ahead of time on a credit card does not show up on the rental desk system at pick-up, and we have been charged the extra for it as the rental desk agent does not know what the fee is we have been charged for, and the original agreed price still appears on their system, which is what we have to pay. Although it is not correct. This should be looked into from your end so that people are not paying an extra chunk at the counter to avoid delays in having to contact you directly to clarify what the fee is.”
