“This betting site is absolute horrendous, customer service is non existent, had a major problem with me placing a £57 bet, on build your bet, it told me “bet error” the bet wasn’t placed I pressed retry and the bet was placed, the next day I noticed it did the same bet twice!! I spoke to CustmrSrv who agreed i would not of done 2 identical bets, but she had to speak to someone else and they would email me, ALISON M from virgin bet emailed me back basically saying it was my fault and I should check my betslip, but even admitted in the email there was an error with placing the bet!!! I’m disgusted I spoke to some boy named will or wilf today I might as well have spoke to a brick wall, after spending a lot of money on this site you would think I would be treated better, and you would think common sense would prevail, they will not get another penny from me!!”

“The worst betting company ever. They took away my online promotions and banned me from using the site because I wasn't losing money. If you ever win on the platform you'll get a generic email stating "following a trading review of your account you are excluded from all promotions and subject to stake restrictions" then it stops you from placing any bets. The customer service department is absolutely abhorrent. They send out generic messages that look to be condescending and sarcastic. Stay well clear of this company. The site is full of glitches and they're so untrustworthy and unreasonable.”

I was u able to make any bets even for 20PENCE without reaching maximum exposure so I complained and asked to close account and they asked if I was happy with my spending. Really couldn’t write it. I asked to speak to a complaints department but was told they don’t have one then I was cut off and blocked. Absolutely disgusting site and should be closed down”
“I played on their Live Casino service run by Evolution. I got disconnected after placing a blackjack bet. I complain to Live Casino support who admitted it was their fault. I waited for a reply to my chat for the requested 48 hours but nothing. I contacted Virginbet Live Chat and complained, they said they would reply in 72 hours which they didn't. I then complained again and about not getting an answer. They again promised I would get a reply in 72 hours but as you guessed it I didn't. I have just had a chat with them again and they say the Evolution now deny there was a technical issue or that I was disconnected or that I even chatted with Live Casino Support. Well someone is lying and it is not me.”
