“This betting site is absolute horrendous, customer service is non existent, had a major problem with me placing a £57 bet, on build your bet, it told me “bet error” the bet wasn’t placed I pressed retry and the bet was placed, the next day I noticed it did the same bet twice!! I spoke to CustmrSrv who agreed i would not of done 2 identical bets, but she had to speak to someone else and they would email me, ALISON M from virgin bet emailed me back basically saying it was my fault and I should check my betslip, but even admitted in the email there was an error with placing the bet!!!
