“This course was great we needed somebody who could cook food for a function (bacon rolls) and this site came up on google search, very cheap, very easy to do! now i can cook for functions as much as i like :-)”

“I would like to see an iPad version in the future. Was clear to understand I didn't take advantage of the notes section I wrote on separate paper. Only to refer back to it for the end test. I decided apon the certificate to be sent through the post came within two days of completing the course.”

“I was bombarded with emails after completing the course and I had recommended the course to a couple of other people in my company and have since told them not to bother as they will receive email after email off you. The course its self is good and exactly what I was looking for.”

“Course was well laid out, and easily done over several hours. A good number, and variety, of test questions were included in each section. The only reason that I haven't given it 5 stars is that I felt that some of the test questions needed explanations for why the right answers were right, and the wrong ones wrong. This would have made them a more valuable learning tool, as I was sometimes surprised by some of the expected answers/non-answers, and had no way of knowing why I was wrong.”

“Generally very easier to follow but I had problems taking notes as when you tried to write them on screen the topic info was hidden. I just wrote my notes on paper. It was far easier !”

“Felt it was very long winded but maybe that was because this was the fifth time I have done a basic food hygiene course and felt I wanted to skip some bits but there was no option to”

“It was useful to have some of the text narrated. Some of the questions at the end of the modules I though were ambiguous. The lay out was clear.”

“It seemed a lot of information for such an easy exam. It said it should take 2-3 hours but took me 6 hours to properly do the course work,but I did write down all the important points.”

“informative easy to understand however the tool bar was hard to remember once your half way through. Able to go back to it if required but tiring if you decide to do it all in one go but it is do-able”
