“I thought the course was very informative, I learnt a great deal and was surprised how much I thought I knew but didn't. I hope I can now put all the knowledge I gained into practice.”

“I thought the course content was good but there are areas that need to be clearer ( especially in the area of different types of cleaning which is obviously very important). I think the follow up to answering questions is too slow and not very efficient.”

“Easy to access and great to be able to work at your own pace, over several days if you want. Very comprehensive. Lots of information and help is available by e mail or telephone if you have queries. Easy to print certificate when you have passed the course.”

“I thought the course covered a great deal of useful subjects - many of which though were in great depth, perhaps more than was needed for my requirements. None the less it was a useful course and I learned a lot. Thanks”

“The course was easy to follow and as there were bite size modules, it was manageable. The only thing I would say against it is that some bits seemed a bit unnecessary and would be common sense (ie. the order of cleaning out a fridge!) Overall I was very pleased with the course. Many thanks.”

“It was a good course for online. The only thing i had trouble with, it would have been good to know that the course needed to be paid first as I attempted to try this a few times before being told by someone else. It would have saved time to have known this beforehand.”

“I found the course quite easy to follow, it was explained very well. I expect it is always the same with multiple choice answers, some of the answers are so close to each other that another choice could quite easily apply. I would recommend this course to others. In fact another member of the association I am involved with will be taking this course soon.”

“Good structure & enjoyed both online narrative & visual guidance. Great to have trial questions throughout module. Easy to access & follow & any online help & enquiries dealt with efficiently. Would be nice to be able to have correct answers supplied with explanation to any that were incorrect in final exam.”
