“The course in Its content was good but the loading and playing of the content was not good. I had to keep re logging in to activate. I have a brand new PC with flash drive so that was not the cause. Going from one question to another took ages to load and then it would jam completely and I would have to login again.”

“I did this course as a CPD refresher. In retrospect I think I should have gone straight for level 3 as I found it far too easy! Would have been useful if I could have gone straight to the final assessment.”

“Some of the questions were a little obscure and not giving the correct answer, when an error was made, was disappointing. I also question giving 10 marks for a correct answer and 0 for incorrect when there are no other alternatives is pointless (or not!).”

“Initially thought this course had all the text spoken out loud as well, therefore suitable for a dyslexic student. It therefore needed support for its completion, to read out the further text that appeared. Despite that it was very comprehensive”
