“After a while it did my head in...but that is just because there are lots of points to remember and I am getting old and tired. It was clear and easy to understand. I passed so it obviously works.”

“The course was good and the questions posed as you went through the course made you think as often the answers had not directly been given in the teaching material. Having done the course the end of course examination was easy to get a high mark in.”

“I found the course informative and easy to follow. I thought the interactive exercises at each stage were helpful. I liked the ability to create and print my own notes as I went along. I learned a number of important points relating to food hygiene and I succeeded in gaining 100% in the test. I would recommend this course as a good way of learning the theory of handling food safely.”

“The only part i didnt like was having to go through all the information at the begining and then click on the numbers, it took too long, there should be a option available to skip some of it as lots of people are just updating there certificate, its good for people who are doing it for the first time”

“I only gave this course a Good rating as I am dyspraxic and would have found it easier if all the information could have been in audio. Other wise it was great and allowed me to work at my own pace and return to material if I needed to. Much better then food hygiene courses I have taken in the past with a instructor.”

“It took a while to get started as I had no login details sent out and then the browser wasn't compatible so I ended up being almost a week late starting the course. Once started it was very beneficial and informative”

“I thought the course was very good and thorough. This was a refresher course for me and was easy to understand. I would have marked it as "very good" but I think that the introductory section outlining the function of all of the buttons was a bit "over the top!"”

“I thought the amount of work before the exam was quite a large amount, but well presented. Then the exam seem to be rather easy in comparison to the amount of knowledge you had to remember”

“Yes I like the little quizzes throughout the course, But as am dyslexic, would of helped more if the questions read out, But that's my problem, And I pass with flying colours. I will be putting my staff on the same course soon. Thanks Jane :)”
