“The course is quite long and needs some time to complete. The suggested 2hr time on the info is underestimated, I worked quite quickly and it still took me over 3hrs 30 mins.”

“The on line course was easy to follow but in the information it states 2 to 3 hours to complete. It took me 3 hrs 30 mins in total and I thought i was going through it at a quickly. Would recommend that you do the training over a couple of days/ evenings rather that in one go as towards the end you have had enough. But saying that overall it was a good course and I would recommend it to others.”

“It was great to be able to take the course the day I decided to. It was easy to access and straight forward. A few of the bits were frustratingly slow to load and I thought one or two of the answers marked as wrong, could in fact have been correct eg using household products to clean and disinfect. Overall I would recommend this course”

“The course was very detailed and certainly covered relevant information. It was useful to be able to complete modules separately and log off in between if needed. The only thing I would suggest would be to tell the student how many slides are in a module before starting it or to suggest how long a module might take as they are all different lengths.”

“Good way to learn and absorb information . Only thing I didn't like was some of the challenges where you kept getting them wrong but couldn't move on until you got it right ! Problem being you waste so much time trying to get it right that after 3rd attempt I think the answers should be revealed to you.,as it can be quite frustrating. Sometimes can get a little boring doing it alone , I found this with level 3 but level 2 I had no problems with & in fact enjoyed it.”
