“I thought it was a good program and helped me learn more about what I thought I already new about food hygiene. It took me about 3 hours to complete and could do it at my own pace which I like.”

“Good and informative course. The learning and recall experience could be improved by (a) making the course materials available afterwards (ie just to those who've paid for the course, done the test and received their certificate); and (b) making it possible for 'notes' (made and accumulated during the course) to be downloadable for saving on a pc. And finally, it would be really helpful if the certificate can be downloaded and saved - if there's problems with a printer, you have no proof you did the course and passed the test! (Although if you subsequently email the college, they can email the certificate to you as a pdf attachment.)”

“in general very good, however one question on the test that I got wrong, I went onto check on the gov website afterwards and the answers conflicted, a little disapointing”

“I felt the course was quite difficult in parts and fell it should be more about the health and hygiene ( prevention) and less about needing to know off by heart every name , symptoms and onset time of each and every type of food poisoning .”
