“good course but now I am getting lots of spam wanting me to take other courses. I don't want to take any more courses and I did click the do not contact button as well so why the spam? I will now not use you or recommend you to other people as all I wanted to was to do my course and get left in peace.”

“Overall a good course - covered everything and more besides. I did find it frustrating in a couple of places where it was not possible to move forward through the course without having answered the questions correctly”

“easy to follow, but on sample multiple choice when you require more than one answer rather than say wrong, it should say nearly and leave the correct ones that you drag and drop, because i become confused and thought the whole thing was wrong and couldnt remember what was what..”

“I have to do this course for work, but, as I can go at my pace It's easier than sat in a training room and having to go at the instructors pace. I can go back at any time to review pages I've already done as well, so I can revise easily.”

“Very informative and easy to follow. Only slight problem for me was printing off my certificate it wouldn't print off so I had to ring customer services and it was emailed to me within 10 mins other than that brilliant”

“When you got a question wrong I would have liked to have known correct answer. On question about refrigeration temp I wanted to put 5% as in revision but you only had answers 0-4 and 7 -14”

“The information on each page is concise and easy to understand. The content of each page is just enough for a student to absorb at a time. The only point I would make would be on the "challenge" pages - Sometimes the answer required is not clear.”

“I had difficulty logging on and it took three telephone calls before I got to speak to someone (by exercising the option to speak to reception) which was annoying but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. I found the material easy to follow but it took a lot longer than the estimated 2-3 hours to complete even though I am known to read very fast. I found the intermediate test papers more challenging than the final exam which was probably a good thing”
