“Easy to use and questions after each unit enable you to go back over what you were unsure about. Pressing each button before moving on can be monotonous when you already know some of them.”

“A thorough course which covered everything we needed, and the good thing was they learnt something new which is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend this course as it is done at your own pace.”

“Being dyslexic I find multiple choice questions a challenge. Fortunately there were not too many of them. I was happy with my mark. It was hard work but worth it.”

“I found the course very easy to follow, however I had 3 people doing the course and it would have saved a lot of time if we were able to go through the training once and then each sit the test, but found we had to go through the training each time. Would be helpful if when buying more than one course if the training could be done as a group and then each individual take the test after, and would have saved many hours!”

“The course was concise and easy to follow. It was simpler and more convenient than the equivalent face-to-face group courses I've taken in the past. The only real down-side was the length of time it took for some of the pages to allow the 'NEXT' button to activate without any reason for delay. This needlessly slowed down the experience without gain (it wasn't to allow information to sink in or prevent accidentally clicking onto the next subject too soon). While I understand some of this will be from download speeds between activities, some of the pre-programmed arbitrary delays were simply time wasting.”

“I did this course so I could bake for my local Country Market. I found it pretty easy to follow, mostly already knew a lot of it because I'm as old as I am, (and have so far not poisoned my family and friends!) I found one or two questions on the final exam to be ambiguous, in that I was nearly positive that there were two possible correct answers. This could have been because those questions were not perfectly worded, or that I knew too much. All in all, it was a worthwhile few hours spent, and was a reasonable cost.”

“The course was really good and easy to understand. Only problem is I've paid an extra £10 for my certificate to be delivered to me and it still hasn't come when it was supposed to be 2 working days.”

“I like the tests throughout the course. However on occasion the answers will be something not previously covered and this can be confusing. The layout is clear and the illustrations help the learning process.”

“Well presented easy to follow course. I would have liked it to run a bit faster, you had to follow every single step, which made it a bit long winded. I would have liked more hard facts about routines etc- how often to change things e.g condiment bottles or defrosting fridges etc. But perhaps this is supervisor level.”
