“He dedicado bastante tiempo a los procesos tradicionales pero también considero que si aporta muchisimo los tramites en linea habrá valido la pena dejar atras lo convencional ,gracias por el trabajo que haces en la web.”

“Buen servicio, responden todas las consultas con rapidez y de forma clara. Ya nos otorgaron la visa, lo único que no nos gustó fue que al momento de coordinar las entrevistas mia y de mi esposo no tuvieron en cuenta que necesitabamos las dos entrevistas el mismo día, no nos consultaron qué fecha podíamos o preferíamos, por suerte se pudo cambiar, lo demás todo perfecto, lo recomiendo.”

“Llene mi formulario en linea pero en dos ocaciones se contactaron conmigo porque al formulario le hacian falta datos cuando yo ingrese los datos completos, dijeron que el sistema no guardaba los datos y eso nos hace perder el tiempo.”

“i like the service, it was good i am Nigerian national but had to do everything in south Africa, i was able to complete the whole process without any issues, my travel documents were approved, i only have 1 complaint, it would have been nice if i could have uploaded my picture instead of taking it physically with me. other than that very good service, very respectful people, willing to help”
