“This company completely screwed me. They took my money made me wait the whole duration of 17 working days in which they did nothing. This has caused me so many problems. They have literally ruined my life. I believe these people are racist. It seems if you are caucasion things may possibly turn out fine for you if you are of colour the aim to shaft you. Its a bit coincidental looking at their reviews. DO NOT TRUST! These are the rudest most ignorant company you will have the misfortune to deal with. Be warned.”

“Do not go with this company. input my date of birth ddmmyyyy as requested on their form however they process it on the document as mmddyyyy. This means the visa centre will not accept your document and will ask for you to redo. I have tried to call however, no one speaks English. They will not correct the issue after now hearing from multiple people that this has happened to them.”

“Beautifully-designed website offering an invitation in 60 seconds. We went ahead and paid the modest fee ... and got nothing. Eventually, we received an email blaming the delay on "tekhnical" difficulties. Then nothing: no more emails, no invitation. It may have worked for others ... but not for us. Will be contacting AMEX (our CC) and Stripe (their payment processor).”

Dear Gregory, Thank you for writing your review, we appreciate the feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Please note however that our service is working 24/7, but on period from 7 March till 11 March (it`s long holidays in Russia) we have made some technical works for improving our service - testing new email and payment providers, changes some forms etc. Of course in that period we shut down all ads promotion. And surprisingly for us we had a lot of applications from customers at this period without any promotion. Our fault that we didn`t warn customers about our works and made them worry. Sorry one more time for inconvenience, I hope you have already apply for your visa and everything is ok. Also we are ready to provide discount for you for your next invitation. “i have been charged $50 instead of $12 for an invitation for a single entry. i have requested $38 refund to be issued and it was denied. your site is deceiving as the Russian embassy informed me no need for a multi-entry visa for a 3yrs multi entry visa”
