I made a mistake and I am not at all happy with how my new frames look and would like to exchange them for some frameless ones. Does your statement on an exchange or refund if not happy, stand.

Why is the wait time for a pair of reading glasses two weeks as in the past it was an express service where they would be done in a few days what has happened to the service? Not really vision express that is a misrepresentation of the service expected?

I don’t like the frames of my glassses i was followed round the store while trying to choose and felt pressured into choosing before I was certain picked them up yesterday not happy I want my money back as it’s with in the 60 days
