“My order did not make it to me. I was told that once the order is out for shipping that there is nothing that they can do. They did not offer to investigate where my order may have been shipped, help track it down, they basically said that there was nothing that they could do and that if I wanted the order, I would have to pay and reorder.
In speaking with the customer service rep, they just simply did not care, did not want to help and did not want to understand. Not much you can do when a company and its employees simply do not care. Stay away, find another printing company. Don't care can become costly.”
