“Just like all the other reviewers here, I too get threatening messages saying that "I have to request a closure letter." No I don't lol. I'm not even using the logo anymore and not even sure I still have it. This company is trying to scam us all. They've got nothing. I am 100% down to start a class action lawsuit with all of the other people being harassed by these idiots.”
“My own design was provided. Finalized the logo. Trying to get my business off the ground I start getting pushed for copywriting fees. Refused as I was barely doing business. Then they get more aggressive and tell you to stop using your own logo threatening to take legal action. That is their whole scam.”
“Same situation here. I opened a small business 3 years ago and contacted VistaLogos to create a logo for me. I shut down my business after 1 year so the logo wasn’t event being used anymore. They started calling & texting me continuously, threatening to sue me in federal court for copyright infringement although I already paid for the service they provided me which gave me the legal right to use the logo. I called my attorney after receiving numerous calls & texts from them. My attorney advised me to just remove the logo from everything just to be safe, even though my company no longer exists. They STILL continued to harass & threaten me. At this point I think we all should get a class action lawsuit against them because they are criminals and this has got to stop!! “Absolute scam. Their quality is as good as a second grader in Microsoft paint. I never used any of their logos they designed. I let them keep my money and they never gave me a final product. I went and designed my own logo, I own my own logo, I have the copyright to my logo, Yet today they sent a threatening message that they are going to sue me for a $75,000 based on copyright infringement. Which makes absolutely no sense.”

“Do not ever do business with these SCAM ARTISTS! They constantly call and harass you for extra services despite repeatedly telling them no and do not call. The latest scam for the last few months is just as others have said... you need to pay them for the logo that you paid for or they will sue you for copyright infringement. The employees are obviously overseas and in some kind of large call center.”

“I'm encountering a similar situation with the same company. They initially provided me with a logo for my business, which I never ended up using as my business never materialized. However, I recently received a random text message and phone calls demanding that I cease all usage of the logo. Additionally, I was threatened with a lawsuit if I failed to comply. I ask to send me email of all their claims, they never did.”

I just got a threatening text message from some guy, Mark Wilson, IP Paralegal at Vista Logos. I paid for a cute but simple logo for my tiny Etsy shop about 2 years ago. I thought everything was fine and I have been using it for 2 years or so, no issues. Out of the blue I get a threatening text message, stating that my "rights have expired and if found using this can be subject to legal consequences." Including apparently $75,000 for some sort of infringement penalty. I have never heard of this, it sounds like a scam to get money. The text messages are threatening legal action, so I texted send me a document by mail. No response. Sounds like a greedy company trying to scam me for money. I am sorry I ever used them. Please let this be a warning, don't use them! Thanks for reading.”
“I’m reading all the comments here and I am in the same boat as you guys. I actually had them digitize a logo that I created, yes, my intellectual property, and they are telling me that I owe them money for copyright. It’s been two years, I don’t even have my Blog up anymore, and they’re still texting me occasionally telling me that I owe them $75,000 for this or that or they’re going to take me to court. Every time I tell them to leave me alone or I’m going to sue them or call the police on them, they just start sending threatening/harassing texts telling me that they will ruin my reputation. I really think we all need to try to get together and contact an attorney about a class action lawsuit. This is just criminal in my mind and they need to be shut down ASAP.”
“What a joke of a company. A total scam. I wish I had done more research before working with them. They don’t even send emails to follow up with them. I have no contract. Just text messages demanding more money or to cease using the logo I paid for (and paid the copyright for).
They are predatory for new and young business owners. If I could give them zero stars, I would.”

“I ordered a web page package. It included a logo, 1 year of free web hosting and business cards. They made me a nice logo and then they never told me if I could start using it. I was trying to decide on a web design when they added that I needed to supply them with photos of my product. I was looking for someone to help me because I really wanted the web page to be perfect. While I did this they then told me that I needed content. I never received the business cards nor did I use the logo. My website has not been completed and I haven't used the 2 year of web hosting. Now they're demanding $2100 to stop using the logo or $3500 to buy the logo or they'll sue me. This company is a scam. They want money and they don't do what they promise.”

I cannot believe I feel like I need to stop using the logo I paid them to do just bc I’m scared and tired of their harassments. I have never dealt with this and so embarrassed that I didn’t look them up before ever using them.
Has anyone ever experienced them trying to sue you. This is so crazy they are still doing this to people !”
