Well first time I ordered you would not accept my payment, all funds were clear to go!! Not received my goods yet, maybe a hold up on deliveries, even though I have received an email saying it’s on its way, and now I receive this survey yo do, with no goods as yet!! Also why are the design of parts changed, I only wanted a juicer part, but have had to order a new drum also, costing me more than I anticipated. But anyway, if you want to send me another survey when I do receive my goods, I will be glad to answer your survey, hoping all the parts fit my machine.

It's too soon to say how well the Jora JK125 compost tumbler works. But the assembly instructions are inadequate and hard to follow. It's not good enough just to pass on the Swedish and (poorly translated) English instructions. In particular you need to enclose an addendum pointing out that the metal lips of the outside panels must go OUTSIDE the end pieces, not inside. It took us 2 false starts before we figured this out, and we only discovered it from reading a critical review on Amazon. Not good customer service, Vitality4Life, this wasn't a cheap product!

I had to purchase a new juicing section for my Oscar DA900 juicer as the current one had worn out after only 12 months. The pulp stated backing up into the auger chute regardless of thoroughly I cleaned it. I replaced it with the juicing assembly form the DA1000 which seems to be a much better unit..so far. So on the plus side the service was fine and delivery was timely. On the negative side I wasn't impressed having to spend a LOT of money to keep the juicer going after only 12 months. Hopefully this one will last much longer.

My experience has been 'mixed'. Online ordering/payment was quick and efficient (ordered 26th January and dispatched 28th January) however on querying why I hadn't received product a week later I was informed that due to me living in a rural area I wouldn't receive my purchase till the following week (Tuesday 10th February 2015 - 10 business days). A little disappointed that its going to take so long to reach me (considering, for example, that I have ordered products online from Newcastle before 11.00 am and received it the following day). My feedback would to source a delivery company that provides a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

I rang to ask if the collar from their Oscar would fit my Sunbeam Juice Life (very old), as I had seen a comment on a blog that said it would. They didn't know. Bought it anyway and it was delivered fairly quickly. IT FITS! Little tight but used my juicer today. Please keep this info available as I will be posting this info on line where I can. Great to have my juicer working again :-)
