The Ex-Demonstration models are a great buy and do sell out straight away so I am glad you were able to still obtain one. “It's a little early to actually write a review and judge the product. Perhaps you should consider for customers to use the product for about 2-3 months and then ask them to participate in a survey. Wolfgang Bose”

“Have purchased from them a couple of times now. We were happy with the compariable prices and the fact there was free delivery - a VERY important factor for customers buying on line. One thing I would add though, is that I didn't find the website as user-friendly as I would have liked, and had to ring the office to navigate around to 'find' the actual filters I was looking for. Having said that, the customer service person was very pleasant and helpful.”

“First up purchase experience: - informative web site - could do better with some of the product photos - put yourself in the consumer's shoes, large, clear photos always help - shipping was a bit slow - smooth purchase process, good price About the juicer: - Excellent build quality - easier to clean than my old oscar - pump out nice juice.”

“The purchase experience with Vitality was very good but the delivery experience with Toll as not good. Wasted a day waiting when I was advised it would be delivered in the morning. Did not arrive until late afternoon.”
