“Early repayment should be made more flexible with interest only charged for the period that the loan was held e.g. If I got a loan on 1st for 30 days, and then on 10th I decide to repay, I should only be charged interest for 10 days, not 30days.”

“wouldn't touch these again with a barge pole terrible service and if your not careful they'll clear your bank account out and leave you with nothing ....avoid like the plague !!!!!”

“Very poor customer service, I called about a payment plan and to make sure I would not incur anymore charges as I could not afford them and was told before they would even consider that I would have to default on the payment and would have to pay 40% of what borrowed.”

“As a Vivus customer I took out 2 loans and repaid them both on time since then I have been declined ever since when I have really needed the money and therefore could not recommend Vivus to anyone.”

“It was great got approved for a loan in no time very low rates and can't complain to be honest apart from one thing I can no longer get a loan even tho I repaid on time without any problems when I applied for a second time I got rejected but then they keep sending you emails and offers your credit limit got increased come and apply again when you do gues what declined so I just gave up now am using a different provider and got no problems so not my lose really so yeah over all its rubbish and that's the only reason”

“I was very at 1st and had no problems the sevice was fast and easy .I applied again after my 4th loan and was refused which I found very strange as I'd had no problems befor .”

“U send out emails to top up or to get another loan but u don't make good from it have one loan but get turned done for a seconded one you lot should not send out emails if u not going to give out a second loan letting people get there hopes up for them to be told no waist off time”

“Got first loan (£200). After repayment, I got email from Vivus saying I was eligible for another loan. However, I first needed to update my bank card. It took ages for that to happen, and when it did, my application for the loan was rejected. The Vivus guys, despite sounding so professional, are completely useless.All they tell a customer is they don't have control over their system, that it's all automatic.Who are they, ROBOTS? Wouldn't recommend to anyone”
