“Good at first but when ive tried to apply again for another one ive been turned down even though i paid on time and sometimes even before due date.”

“I had two loans which were paid on time. You sent a message saying my credit rating had mproved as a result and increased my lending limit accordingly. Since then I have been refused every time I apply. There have been no other changes in my personal circumstances..........it's just bizarre!!”

“This loan company is stupid. I took out my interest free first loan with no problem.paid it all back on the correct date and then was constantly refused a loan after that.wots that all about?I won't be using this company again,there loss”

“After taking two recent short term pay day loans and repaying them in full on the due date, I was advised that my credit limit had been increased to £600 with effect from 4th July 2013. When I then applied for a 21 day loan for that sum on 12th July, my application was declined. If you are not prepared to stand by your committment to me and your customer service advisors trot out a scripted response that do not answer my questions then expect me to do as I have done. I have made alternative arrangements and will NEVER be returning to you as a customer.”

“Very poor customer service, I called about a payment plan and to make sure I would not incur anymore charges as I could not afford them and was told before they would even consider that I would have to default on the payment and would have to pay 40% of what borrowed.”

“It was great got approved for a loan in no time very low rates and can't complain to be honest apart from one thing I can no longer get a loan even tho I repaid on time without any problems when I applied for a second time I got rejected but then they keep sending you emails and offers your credit limit got increased come and apply again when you do gues what declined so I just gave up now am using a different provider and got no problems so not my lose really so yeah over all its rubbish and that's the only reason”

“Got first loan (£200). After repayment, I got email from Vivus saying I was eligible for another loan. However, I first needed to update my bank card. It took ages for that to happen, and when it did, my application for the loan was rejected. The Vivus guys, despite sounding so professional, are completely useless.All they tell a customer is they don't have control over their system, that it's all automatic.Who are they, ROBOTS? Wouldn't recommend to anyone”

“I was extremely happy with the service i was receiving from vivus and was regularly taking out loans from you until yesterday when I repaid the loan that I'd taken out in full and was then told i couldn't take out another one for reasons that haven't been made clear to me, and this is all a week before I am going away on holiday. The whole thing has caused me great stress and inconvenience and has prevented you from making money from a regular and reliable customer who is in full time employment and always pays his debts in full and on time. Unfortunately everyone has lost out on this occasion and I will now be forced to look elsewhere. Very disappointed and inconvenienced”
