Company has not delivered the water pressure pump that was ordered. It does not respond to calls or WhatsApp messages. On emails it states it is looking into the matter but hasn’t done so - it’s now 13 days. Will not call
Back to advise status or refund the money either.

Their customer service number is also fake as no one responds. Their web based complaint is not responsive. Totally avoid even if they are selling a product cheap

I had shopped from Vlebazaar and I faced a lot of harassment. My order was canceled and I was supposed to get a refund, but instead of refunding my payment, they dispatched the order. On top of that it was a second-hand product. Vlebazaar's online service is extremely poor.
