After completing my payment process, now i was waiting for my product. Next day i got a mail my product successfully shipping. I use my order id to track my order, it's was showing by tomorrow, it will be delivered to you. Next day finally my product delivered to me, i created a video while opening my box. It was unbelievable for me that, everything was fine. Then i was tested my phone properly, camra and other imp thing, they are working well. So my all over experience from vlebazaar was good.

“This Velbazar is a Fraud Website. I ordered Boat Airdopes 441 but received some other old/ full of scratches/ Used/ Non Working Model. Seems they purchased this from some 2nd hand market and shipped to fullfill the order.
I asked for replacement/ refund , but there is no response from their side.
Don't buy from this website and fall in trap. As soon as you pay, the money is gone which you will never get back and just to show that the product has been despatched, they will ship some old/ non working used product”

I ordered a product and recieved different product and i request for replacement and they took another 10 days for pickup, finally they pick up the product. It has been 39 days approx till now they not yet refundedthe money and got replacement of the product. Whenever i called to customer care everyone is responding on different ways. They had several options on website to take the payment from customer
and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and
ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask
to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one
answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour
that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is
answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on
google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and
don't deliver anything.
