I got the wrong item and requested to ship the correct item, the support staffing we will do the QA and then resend it in another 15 days to reach. what is the point if you cannot handle a straightforward process? firstly you're mistaken sending an incorrect item then on top of it demanding to follow your process.”

They didn't even respond my emails. On contacting their customer care, the line disconnects automatically after keeping on waiting approx. 20 minutes. In fact, I had a very bad experience.

“I order logitech G213 keyboard (Rs. 3000/-) but got a HP keyboard(Rs. 600/-). Then they sent the correct keyboard after 15 days which found to be faulty (5 keys not working). No invoice sent and it can not be downloaded from website either. Logitech won't accept return without a proper invoice.
Whenever you call you have to wait at lease 15-20 minutes. No response to email. Ver bad service. Never buy from these guys although it might be cheap.”
