“They are a rip off with bad marketing strategy, stay away from them. The accounts manager Venus sold me a quarterly plan with 24 classes and after starting the class, there were changes in our situation and I needed to stop the class. She is not giving me the refund for the remaining classes instead is refunding me for the remaining months which is not equal to the number of classes remaining, she lied to me about the refund policy and is not refunding me for the remaining classes in the plan. We did 2 classes and 2 classes the tutor cancelled himself. I should be refunded for 22 classes, but they have refunded me for 16 classes. I still need refund for 6 classes.
Further update since the last review: Harry from their leadership team called me to say that he cannot refund me for 6 classes, instead if I wanted to take classes in another subject, he can provide that. I was fine to do classes in English. The time I was looking for was 11a et, but he did not have any tutor available for 11a et. I then asked for 2p et, which he agreed. He had tutor who could do 2p et. I double confirmed with him in the morning of the day of class whether 2p et was good as I need to plan for the rest of the day and he confirmed positively that class was all set. I then I receive call from Archie from the scheduling team at 1:36p et (24mins before the start of class) saying that class has been rescheduled to 3p et and that they apologize for the inconvenience. He also sent me email telling me that class was rescheduled. I had already planned my day after 3p et as Harry had already confirmed twice that class was all set for 2p et. There is no accountability in the way how they schedule and treat customers. If there was a rating less than 1, I would give that to this company. Stay away from them. Crooks.”
“Beware of Vnaya Tutoring for College-Level Services
I used Vnaya tutoring for college-level courses and had a terrible experience. Their tutors are not up to par for the level of expertise required, and their policies make it impossible to get your money back—even if you drop out halfway due to poor service.
They claim they'll replace your tutor if you're unhappy, but by the time they do, you could already be close to your midterms or finals—the very reason you signed up in the first place! They also promise a 30-day pause option, but they manipulate the timing, argue over when your break started and ended, and claim you've run out of time.
Tutoring services should prioritize finding the right fit for students. Vnaya, unfortunately, seems more focused on keeping your money than providing effective help. Avoid this company at all costs.”
“I got signed up Vnaya from Sulekha and they gave me 63 sessions for 3 months. Then during these 3 months they changed 4 tutors and there were 7 sessions which was cancelled due to issue on their side. Now, today suddenly they said we cant have any more pending session as contract expire. They never mention about contract when i sign up. I specifically told that my son has math exam on july 26 and aug 6, so i need to have left over session till aug 6th. based on aug 6th exam result i will sign up for next year. They asked multiple time to resign up even i told same. now suddenly they denied to complete rest 11 session. The coordinator was so rude and they dont understand. There are other company which provide same service with better options. so never sign up with Vnaya, its trap once you close to exam. my son is now in trouble as he cant get help from tutor at last moment.”

“Do not work with them! I worked with vnaya For my 2 kids for a while and paid $1000, This company has NO MONEY BACK/RETURN POLICY. I ve send them million email/ and called to cancel the classes and return the money, they dont return calls or email!”
