Why does Vodacom treat prepaid customers like crap? Contract customers get to speak to consultants whilst prepaid ones are not given that option. It is either you choose some dumb option,if not,it hangs up your call. Even when you choose an option it takes you to very dumb and useless robot. I take it that with Vodacom it is no contract,no service. What does it take to get to speak with a human being?

Why is Nothing agreed over phone with vodacom ever came to happening I pay for things which I Never had service for.

account number 18005540-9 name mmabatho mbongo i have a contract with vodacom when i bought the phone it was 550 for the two phones including the airtime and now all of a sudden in changes month to month it went to 650 than now its 730 it doesnt work like that this is mos now fraud how come my instalment goes up.
