One customer service rep told us that we would get a full refund, since then they have changed their mind and are insistent only 3 months will be offered.

They said there is no remaning balance on account an receiced confirmation email that I moved to Pay as you and I have been told if the calculation is correct I may get a refund to overpayment.

After being repeatedly lied to, by being told Secure Net was in my contract and I was given multiple notices of it and a back and forth of days, they admitted the extra was not cited in the contract but denied any wrongdoing or breach of contract and offered a refund of a whopping 10£, without even an apology for accusing me of being inattentive and, implicitly, of being a liar.

Placed an order for it to be cancelled the day it was due, due to 'technical difficulties' yet noon could tell me why or even track the order and im STILL waiting for my refund of the upfront fee.

Problem with local transmitter, no data or very slow and intermittent. Phoned up "Oh, terribly sorry etc, when it's fixed we will refund that period (9days) and give you compensation. It's now fixed, phoned up, "no sorry, we've decided we aren't going to give you anything" And I left O2 cos I thought they were bad. No more contracts with Vodafone for me.😡

My $645 refund dating back to July has still not been processed by Vodafone.

i call and they say I have to pay the full month, as 1 day falls into new billing period, and then one month later plus 22 days I will get a refund for the other 29 days of the 30 days i didn't use as contract cancelled.

The hassle I had getting my refund back was disgraceful the customer service was horrible.

After a very long period of time and having me going through this issues for so long Vodafone offered me £60 refund and free special discounted upgrade for two new phones and i said "yes" .
