Because,as long as they can bleed you dry and you keep on paying,they don't give a shit about their customers. They have no conscience as a company and I even had several calls terminated when it was realised they were going to be complaints!

Since storm Callum my landline is out of order. Two weeks later despite many calls to Vodafone I still don't have service. NOW, I find I can no longer speak to anyone in Fodafone. Where do I go from here. Should I contact Joe Duffy, the radio presenter who, on air, fights the cause of many . Will public embarrassment force Vodafone into action ?

Go for it please. Trying to contact them won't work as,yrs of regular writing and calling the so called customer service lines brought me nothing. They don't listen to anything a customer says and seemingly don't care,so yes, make it public if you can,name and shame. That's what I'm attempting to do via this website and all other independent review sites.

Seems Vodafone is oblivious to customer's problems. Try going on local radio. I believe it sometimes works

I've had phones unlocked within hours so yes I would say that's really poor service. Bet they're still going to charge you though!

My number which was in corporate account was transfered to a different organisation where i am not a employee -Henkel India - which gave instuctions to Vodafone to discontinue the services .After a great follow-up the connection was restored . Bills are paid regularly from my personal account but .Its been five years the admin department is following up.Your local represenative for my organisation is Mr Puneet Wasan who is not responding on this issue and I cannot link my Aadhar Card to the mobile number. On what basis my number was transfered to a different organisation wherein I don't even work.

Rather than calling customer services and trying to navigate endless menus before being put on hold for 15 minutes - phone the complaints line on 03333041259. They are equally useless but at least you get through quicker!!!!

hello when i want to pay all i get is a answer machine instead of human being it takes sometimes 15 to 40 minutes get through to vodaphone uk yes it does thanks mates

Why does the Vodafone Customer Services line say "calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes" when clearly not one of them has received a minute's training and quality is a totally alien concept?

As a Vodafone monthly payer Why have you charged me £70 for ringing your customer services off my Vodafone mobile, I’ve got a bill for £160, plus cos my data ran out, which I don’t know why cos most of the time I use broadband WiFi, I’ve had to add £16 to my already £50 odd a month bill
