“Hi, we received a gift of a reed diffuser and absolutely fell in love with it. The smell was very vivid and it hit you, in a lovely way, as soon as we walked in the door. I have purchased two new ones since, and one refill and it has never lived up to it. I sadly don't think I'll be repurchasing again.”

“I have used this product for about 3 weeks and don’t see any change in my skin. Perhaps it works better with a moisturizer from Voya? Still trying to figure it out. I make my own face cream and just wanted a nice serum to go with it.”

“Very disappointed that every tea bag I open all are ripped. The packaging is impossible to open without tearing the bag. Have stopped using them as it’s extremely frustrating. Wouldn’t purchase again”

“In the past i have purchased several Cedar-wood and Bergamot diffusers. Visitors commented that the aroma was lovely . I recently purchased the equivalent re fills. To my disappointment these did not give of by far the same amount of perfume and were quite ineffective .”

“I ordered 3 products when there was a 40% off online sale for these items. I had thought your products are quite pricey in general so was delighted to be able to try them out with this offer. Delivery time was fast. Packaging was perfect, I.e. no damage. It was lovely to receive the goods in the post. I have used all 3 products now; and although I like them, it’s not enough to buy them again. The Dusk to dawn night cream works really well on my skin and I do enjoy it. But I don’t feel like I wake up to my skin being anymore revitalised. The lotion from the same range is very light and ideal for an additional layer to my morning skin care routine. As I have dehydrated skin. But again, nothing significant about it. Lastly, the exfoliant, I had hoped it was going to be a gentle beaded (eco friendly) type but it’s not. I have it in the shower and apply it when I remember it’s there. But again, I don’t see any additional improvements with my skin after using it. Even after 4 weeks since purchase. I do enjoy supporting Irish brands and have enjoyed trying your skincare but I think I will be buying your candle and body care products in the future. I would not be able to justify further skincare with Voya especially at such a high price point. There are more powerful effective natural skincare products on the market at that price level. “I liked the room spray and the two hand creams I purchased. However the spray nozzle of the room spray stopped working properly (it was dribbling down my hands) so I emailed them to see if they might send me a new nozzle but they never replied. I spent over 60 euro and would have spent more and recommended them to friends but as my mail went unanswered, don't worry about it!”

“Ok. Won’t buy from this company again. I got in touch with them regarding seaweed bath I purchased. I was so looking forward to lovely relaxing bath. However, the smell from this product was absolutely disgusting. I felt physically sick it was so overwhelming and unbearable. Just could not bathe in it. When I contacted Voya to ask if it was rancid, they replied that it was just the seaweed smell. This should be printed on box that it has very strong smell, which is not pleasant. For £19 was expensive mistake.”

Our Lazy Days Seaweed Bath is made from 100% organic hand-harvested Fucus Serratus seaweed and therefore does have quite a strong smell of seaweed. The product itself, however, has benefits including: - Re-mineralising the body. - Hydrating and moisturising nails, hair, and skin. - Soothes aches and pains. - Deeply detoxifies and removes unwanted toxins. - Aids the healing process of skin conditions: psoriasis and eczema. - Helps against the signs of ageing and cellulite. - Stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic system. - Breaks down lactic acid. “Absolutely love Voya reed diffusers and also the essential oil however the shipping from Ireland to Northern Ireland is unusually expensive and I would prefer to purchase from a local stockist but they rarely have stock of the most popular products.”

“Product is very good however UPS delivery was poor. They said they had tried to deliver to my home on Friday, they didn’t leave a card, I only found out days later (tues) when I checked delivery tracking online as I hadn’t received My parcel. It had been taken to a local delivery outlet who told me they had only had my parcel for one day. Ups didn’t leave me card as they didn’t come to my house to deliver on the day they stated on the tracking system, they delivered straight to the delivery outlet on the Monday. Disgraceful practice, don’t use UPS.”

“We love Voya products. Always have. Always purchase for gifts. We used the baths in Sligo. We encountered them all the way across the world in the Maldives while on honeymoon. Recently, we were out for lunch at a beautiful lakeside resort near Glasson, Co. Westmeath and they had a VOYA handwash soap in the restrooms. My Mum & Aunt commented on how lovely it was. So I went online to purchase ( 4no. ) as a surprise gift for them both, for my mother-in-law and for our own house. I went to Voya.ie, spent the €80 on the only handwash available to buy - Clean me Up - Gentle Handwash. And received the 4 no. soaps. Unfortunately, I did not know the specifics of the handwash in the restaurant restroom, but I know that the soap we received was absolutely no where near as pleasant as what I thought I was buying. I apologised to my relations.”

“I find the containers very difficult to open. Also I found the contents (shampoo/body wash) impossible to read without my glasses so I now identify them by location in the shower. I bought this product because I wanted to try your shampoo and body wash. I won’t be buying them again. The shampoo appears to leave my hair dry, the body wash is ok but I was expecting a more luxurious product.”

“I am a big fan of Voya diffuser reeds.when I first purchased them I believe they were the best I had ever had, the scent in the room was ever present and the solution in the bottle was totally evaporated off when finished. I believe the quality in recent purchases is by no means as good. Fragrance not nearly as evident in a room and the solution not evaporating as before leaving a residue in the bottle which has little scent or use. Please change back to your original formula.”

“The men's moisturizer is really good, great smell and soothes but the shave cream and face wash are very poor unfortunately and don't work at all”

“I bought 2 gifts for 2 friends in separate transactions and both were delivered without the gift card so neither had any idea who the gift was from, until I embarrassingly had to follow up with them both to check they'd been received. Once might be an accident - twice on separate occasions is poor service. I expect more from a company charging this much.”
