I am usually served by Paul or Drew. I would like to say they are an absolute credit to the company. Their knowledge is outstanding they know every device every juice in detail, nothing is too much trouble for them.
I have very exact test when it comes to juice, and twice the flavour I get has been discontinued, Paul and Drew took the time to explain each of the alternatives and gave very accurate descriptions of the tastes.
With there help I have twice found acceptable alternatives for the products that are being discontinued. They know each regular customer by name, and they also understand each customers needs, If for example I need a new device, they know my preferences, but if the device is for my wife, they know what her requirements are and adapt accordingly.
I am not sure how well the staff in other shops cater for the regular customers, but I can say if moved to another area. I would still travel to Partick to use the Dumbarton Road shop. I could shop on line but the boys inspire that level of loyalty that I will not go anywhere else while they are in the shop!”
“I just tried to return a Smok IPX80 that was 23 day old and the battery had gone faulty. I was told the item VPS would not refund as their policy us to not warranty charging issues, I am in the process of reminding them of my statutary consumer rights. Ihave been on hold for over 2 hours in total of 3 calls , I have yet to speak with anyone on the phone.”
