“Is This right staff paisley rd west bought vape 12 days ago , every 3 or 4 days it dosnt work for a period of 15 mins to an 60 mins , I asked for a replacement under the consumer rights act , he said compony don’t allow replacements till they see it not working , it works fine now , but who knows in 3 or 4 days , it works when it feels like it , The usual helpfull staff seemed under pressure from compony not to adhere to consumer rights act , he said He would take it for 24 hours then if it still works I can have it back , I have declined , no point if it still works tommorrow and won’t work in a day or so , I sai I have zero confidence in this product and it’s not as described and not fit for purpose, why do you have it in your warranty yer are covered by the statute consumer rights act and won’t adhere to them , his words the compony will chew him up”
“Very rude staff member in your Shandwick Place store refused to sell me vape liquid because I checked the name of the flavour I wanted on my phone. He enquired if I was buying for someone else, I replied yes, for a 49 year old friend who'd asked me to get them as I was in the area. He said the law prevented him from selling me then. He further said if I returned the next day and said they were for myself I could buy them then.
Totally ridiculous, either making up a law or colluding to break that law the following day, completely unacceptable behaviour.”
“Hello. I am afraid to say, that having to sacrifice almost My entire day, after a brand new purchase at the weekend, was a comlete waste of time. I bought a brand new Innoken device from the store in York, which was recommended by My regular VPZ Ouulet. I encountered initial problems with vape liquid leaking into My mouth, which, via phone call & in person (after a second uneceesary trip into town & paying carpark fees )brought to the attention of the store manager in York. I left the store after 'recommendation' & am having the exact same problems. I did ask for a replacement, however, for some reason, the 'Manager' basically fobbed Me off.
The customer service overall I found was, tremendously below par, borderline apalling. I sincerely hope as a long valued customer that this can be rectified.

“I just tried to return a Smok IPX80 that was 23 day old and the battery had gone faulty. I was told the item VPS would not refund as their policy us to not warranty charging issues, I am in the process of reminding them of my statutary consumer rights. Ihave been on hold for over 2 hours in total of 3 calls , I have yet to speak with anyone on the phone.”
