I WAS DEFAMED BY VTNZ OFFICER REPRESENTING VTNZ 3 TIMES I EMAILED THE MATTER TO THE MANAGER OF THE STATION HE REPLIED THAT HE WOULD REPORT THE MATTERS TO HR DEPARTMENT NEVER DID AFTER COUPLE OF YEARS I WENT BACK THERE WITH CUSTOMERS VEHICLE I WAS CHASE AWAY FROM THE STATION WITHOUT ANY TRESSPASS NOTICE ETC AND HE CALLED OUTSIDE PUBLIC SAYING (RAJ) MECHANIC FROM AUTO SERVICE AND SPARES LTD NOT ALLOWED AT VTNZ WHICH REALLY AFFECTS MY BUSINESS LOST AROUND 90% OF CUSTOMERS
Looking for people who have been failed by VTNZ regarding head tests in Prado’s.
Second time in - everything fixed. Failed in no head rest for middle seat 3rd row. Later found out that head rest was in rear of third row seat (had a zip).
Paid $83 - you’d think the Invercargill Branch would know such things. Had to travel a around trip of 2.hrs 40min for a fail that should not have happened. GRRRR never going back to Invercargill Branch again - Unskilled Muppets….
