“I ordered and paid for a gift on line and was informed that they would aim for delivery 3 days from dispatch. I’ve waited over a week and heard nothing further. Emailed costumer services and was informed it would take them 5 working days to respond! The phone number to costumer services is chargeable and you are then held in queue! Poor service, I expected better from Waitrose.”
