“An absolutely horrendous experience! I paid for nominated delivery a week before the due date and this was not honoured. The item was instead delivered three days later to a completely random address. I was eventually offered a refund of the delivery cost, but three phone calls, several emails later and after a lot of anxiety, the item still has not been delivered to the correct address. A new orchid is now on its way though it could be a further three days on, that is 6 days later than expected and the birthday surprise is completely ruined. No further compensation has been offered and given that I could have ordered a better plant at a cheaper price with cheaper named day delivery, I am very disappointed. Waitrose Gardens seems to be resting on the laurels of Waitrose.”

Emailed costumer services and was informed it would take them 5 working days to respond! The phone number to costumer services is chargeable and you are then held in queue! Poor service, I expected better from Waitrose.”
