What on earth has happened to this service!!!??? I have ordered Royal Canin veterinary diet sensitivity sachets for my cat for years and on 15th October 2023 had email saying my monthly delivery would be on 25th October. That's the last I heard from them. I have tried for days wasting hours and hours to speak to someone on the phone. I have contacted their customer services by email - no response. I have contacted Waitrose stores customer services and have contacted John Lewis Customer Services.No-one knows anything! One would have thought that a reputable concern such as the John Lewis Partnership would have been courteous enough to have let its customers know it was closing down - as it is obvious from what i read on this forum, that that is what has happened. Having said all this, I have just received a missive from an extremely helpful partner called Oscar, from John Lewis in Southampton, who, following getting in touch with me yesterday, has taken the trouble to find out that Waitrose Pet has now closed. He has been very apologetic on behalf of the partnership, to me about it. well done him Jane House
