“Paul phoned prior with time he would arrive, he arrived when he said he would, in a clean marked walkers van, and in walkers uniform. He immediately got to work on my boiler was impressed that he put a dustsheet on my worktop, then placed his tools. He replaced parts and then tested to make sure boiler repaired. All the while talking me through each stage, after repair he explained best way to work my gas boiler as I've I had solid fuel before so completly new to gas. Polite and thorough service from start to finish. Paul knows his stuff Very Knowledgeable and experienced engineer. JOB WELL DONE! ! ! !”

“Engineer Paul contacted me prior to arriving shortly afterwords He looked at my leaking boiler and knew what parts were needed without opening boiler. He replaced faulty parts and tested making sure repaired. He then advised me how best to work system, Paul is a very knowledgeable and efficient engineer and is a credit to his company FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!!!! Mrs Shepherd”

“Paul phoned before hand with an estimated time of arrival, he arrived when he said he would in a marked van with clean walkers uniform. He diagnosed the problem straight away fitted new part. Paul was very thorough and efficient making sure my boiler repaired. Having been a plumber for many years I was amazed that I learnt something new, Paul is very knowledgeable engineer. First class many thanks to Paul for all his help. Mr Rogalski, Aucterarder.”

“PAUL CAME TO SERBICE THE BOILER , WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH HE FOUND FAULTS WITH BOTH MY GAS APPLIANCES I NEVER KNEW I HAD. VERY POLITE AND SMARTLY DRESSED. MRS RHYND, DUNDEE”

“Paul contacted prior to arrival and arrived slightly earlier than expected which was great. Paul then carried out the work as required. He checked what was necessary and made safe.
