“I still have not received my order, due on 12th July. Despite emails i have had no reply from your company. I therefore wish to cancel my order and request a refund as soon as possible. I am very disappointef.”

“VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD DAMAGED ITEM WHICH TOOK AGES TO SORT OUT. WHEN REPLACEMENT ARRIVED BOX BADLY DAMAGED AGAIN BUT CANVAS OK. WHEN I TRIED TO GET YOU TO COLLECT DAMAGED ITEM I HAD TO SEND HALF A DOZEN EMAILS BEFORE I GOT A RESPONSE AND THEN TO BE TOLD TO DISPOSE OF THE ITEM MYSELF! THIS WAS A BIG CANVAS WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE COLLECTED FOR DISPOSAL NOT LEFT FOR ME TO DO. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER UNLIKELY TO USE YOU AGAIN ALTHOUGH I NEED MORE WALL ART.”

“Item was dispatched but hasn't been received. Asked for an update twice issue seems to be with evri. Either way it's been nearly 2 weeks, paid for express delivery and still it hasn't arrived. No one is giving clear explanation of when it may arrive or what happens next”
