“Bought a picture from Wallart-Direct after purchasing a picture from another well known supplier, who shall rename nameless, but whose name also begins with a 'W', to be 'fair'. The quality of the picture from Wallart-Direct is very, very good and arrived well protected and packaged, in a cardboard box, unlike the previous supplier where the picture arrived with a single layer of bubble-wrap. The selection of pictures available from Wallart-Direct is not as great, but personally, I will go with quality over quantity, and there is probably something to suit all tastes anyway.”

“The order I placed with Wallart was seriously let down by the delivery. The picture purchased was good quality and well framed, but the delivery was terrible. The delivery didn't come to our house, instead it was left (in the rain) in an alleyway at another house. It was only by chance that we found it. We did contact the delivery company (DX Delivery) who simply responded by saying contact the seller! Not helpful at all. Given this response we took it upon ourselves to look for the picture at other houses and fortunately found it. In the circumstances, although the artwork was very good, we cannot recommend Wallart whilst they use this delivery company.”

“For the money I paid I was expecting a decent frame and glass. Instead of all cheap plastic. Even they print inside is ruffled. I wouldn't use them again. Cheap products for middle money. Very disappointing”

“Send me out a dirty canvas with a smudge mark on the front and dirt down the side. Offered a refund then stopped responding beware. STILL AWAITING A REPLY TO MY EMAILS IF SOMEONE COULD RESPOND. Pictures of faulty goods were attached and shown to the company within the hour of arrival.”
