“Impressive print quality, although now the only problem is that the new pictures I got from WallArt-Direct now make some of my other pictures look tatty by comparison! Well, I guess I know where to go to get my replacements! Why, wallart-direct.co.uk of course!”

“My purchase went missing for some 5 days having been delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. In fairness to Wallart it was the mistake of the Courier. The person I dealt with at Wallart Steven was most helpful in trying to sort out the problem and when the print did arrive I was pleased I wth it. If I had to criticise Wallart it is regarding trying to contact them by phone, they are always unavailable but if you leave a message or e-mail them they respond fairly quickly. I will purchase from them again.”

“I received my pictures which I had been along time looking for. On arrival was pleased with pictures but 2 were damaged. Emailed Wallart direct and can not fault the quick response, within 2 days a new set of 3 were sent to us.”

“Item never received! The courier never delivered the item to me and instead returned it to Wallart Direct without an explanation. I’m still waiting to find out what the issue is and whether we will receive a refund or the item will be sent out to us again. So far, not a great experience.”

“The canvas on both pictures were a little loose. Dispatched promptly but let down by the couriers, quite slow on delivery and the packaging on one picture was in a poor state, fortunately the picture was not damaged.”
