“The order placed was received quite quickly and well packaged, but regretfully the picture was badly aligned and the inner frame badly cut with rough edges. I contacted the company immediately via email and communicated with a gentleman called Steven who could not have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. It arrived today (27th July) and again very well packaged and this time in perfect condition. The picture looks great now, and the customer service received was of the highest standard in resolving my issues. A lot of companies fail in customer service, but Steven was excellent throughout. Thanks and will use this company again.”

“Cheap and cheerful. What looked good on the website didn't translate in the flesh. I spent over £100 on 3 pics with cheap frames that took an age to get to the courier. I feel duped and embarrassed.”

“I cannot review this item as I have not received it. It hadn’t even been dispatched after 2 weeks. I keep getting told it’s out for courier the day I message but no. Courier has still not received my order. I am going to request refund tomorrow”
