“I requested a canvas to be delivered, it came very promptly, unfortunately there had been a slight problem at print and the picture was slightly darker than advertised. I raised this issue with the customer service team and they almost immediately apologised and requested a new canvas be sent. Spectacular customer service, from time to times things will go wrong but to apologise and correct these mistakes immediately is a credit to the business.”
