“Even if you cancel the subscription on the same day they charge your credit card (forgot I even had the service since I wasn't using it) they will not refund you. They have an out that once charged you cannot cancel. If they were confident as a company of their product, they would allow you some warning before the renewal date. BUYER BEWARE.”
“It's a scam after the $1 trial if you forget to cancel they'll charge you for the year and claim you are not eligible for a refund. I contacted them and canceled the subscription within 5 mins of payment being processed.
Your only option is a credit card chargeback.

The Terms of Service- which must be accepted before completing the registration- states the following.

If you signed up for our premium services with the 7 days trial subscription, you have seven days to cancel the subscription, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the yearly subscription. You can cancel the subscription after logging into your account under the Subscriptions menu by clicking the cancel subscription button. By clicking the cancel subscription button you cancel the subscription and you won’t be charged. The seven days trial period provides users with the opportunity to try the premium service without any restrictions, and to cancel the subscription in case they are not satisfied. As a result, after the seven days trial period is over we cannot grant a refund to the user. There is no refund for the seven days trial for which users are charged 1 USD and there is no refund for the yearly subscription.

“Here's the truth about WalletInvestor. You can test it yourself. After signing up for their $1 trial, I wrote down their weekly price predictions for a number of different cryptocurrencies (Altcoins). ALL of their predictions are wrong! According to them, the prices were meant to go down (way down!), so I held off from buying, only for the prices to shoot up! It has been a dull week with the bitcoin and ethereum on downward or stagnant trend, hence no reason for the altcoins to really shoot up, but they did! Another thing to notice is that their price prediction change daily. So if you make an investment based on their today's data, and you come back tomorrow to check the data, it would be radically different than yesterday as they change their prediction every 3 mins or so.
Ask yourself, how do you feel about making investment decisions based on an advice that changes every few mins?”

They have never refunded me money, and we were in the time frame of canceling also. That means another loss of $89. The system is using an advanced AI for predictions, so don't expect it to be 100% accurate, make sure to do your own research before putting in money on anything so you don't cry later. As a daily crypto trader, I use the premium plan which by the way I find to be very cheap just a few bucks per month. I can monitor the coins I want without getting distracted by annoying ads. All in all, I can recommend this service.”

No one can give GOOD RELIABLE data on the market.
So, where's the issue?
The issue is that the data the way they present it is just plain bad. And they're VERY aware.
Any company that stands behind their product will HELP you with your payment/subscriptions. Walletinvestor? No. You cancel an hour too late? Too bad.
Their company revenue comes from forgetful people.
Not from them having a good product, and they know this.
This is EXACTLY why they will refuse to help you in any way whatsoever when it comes with payment inquiries. They even stop responding to emails.
This company is an absolute scam, there's plenty good alternatives, I'd argue even robinhood's customer support right now is better than Walletinvestor's, and that's just sad.
Edit: TO CLARIFY: I want to mention this before they respond with blatant lies like they do with other reviews.
Yes, I cancelled an hour too late, after it had already been charged. Technically I am at fault, but despite that they made no effort to resolve the issue and basically said 'No refunds, our money now, bye'.
I gave them 48 hours to respond (as it states on their websites, to give them 48 hours). This was on March 1st. It's now march 8th, will no response from them.”
“Absolute garbage
I traded the Top 100 stocks for two weeks. Each time a stock appeared in the Top 100, I purchased. Each time a stock left the Top100, I sold. Lost quite a bit of money. So then I tried buying and selling the indexes according to the Forecast. A coin flip would have performed better.
When they tell you that you can cancel at anytime, they do not mean that they will refund any money already paid. They just sent me a smart alack email asking for a short statement even though I had just sent them a short statement. These aren't real people. It's just marketing garbage.”
