“Very good service: prompt replies, helpful team and plenty of wallpaper designs to choose from (of a great quality too) I made a mistake when selecting the right colour for my wallpaper and the team was extremely helpful and quick to reply.”

“I needed one more roll to complete the job, phoned up and asked if I could be sent by next day delivery. Wallpaper UK were very happy to help and even messaged me to let me know the roll had been dispatched. Excellent service, thank you.”

“One word fabulous paper good quality easy to use and end result wow. Best buy. Did have one roll left to return so returns seem easy enough just never go round to it being so close to xmas so can't speak for how long a refund would of been.”

Hi there Noemie, Thank you for your review. I'm not sure about the phone issue as we haven't currently got a phone line at the minute? We emailed you the day after your order was made to let you know that unfortunately, the product had recently been discontinued, and to ask if you would like a refund or an alternative, I'm not sure if perhaps you have us mixed up with another company as you confirmed on the 27th, shortly after your order was made? “I have cancelled my order within a couple of days and I have rung, gone on chat and emailed but I cannot speak to anyone. I haven’t received my refund? I haven’t received any wallpaper so they know it’s been cancelled.”
