“Wallpaper is stunning, was also the cheapest we could find it. The order and delivery was spot on. Only problem was it recommended 3 rolls but only needed 2. But does not allow you to return any after order. If i could have sourced this in any wallpaper shop. The additional roll would have been returnable. So having an £80 roll of paper sitting around and cant use seems a bit unfair. So due to this i would probably not use again ,as to lose £80 is a big loss. So be very carefull”

“I had excellent customer service from one of their employees, Katie. I contacted the customer service using their 'pure chat' service to try to order Cole and Son wallpaper with a particular batch number. I had previously ordered some rolls of this wallpaper from you but my contractor had miscalculated the number of rolls and had run out half way through the job, so I needed to try to match the batch and also to get the extra roll as quickly as possible. Katie was very helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to 'rush' the roll to us. She was a real delight to deal with. I have always used online wallpaper companies fairly interchangeably in the past, but I will make a point of ordering from this company in future.”

“Sample order arrived really quickly, only one was out of stock but that came fairly soon after. Likewise once we decided and ordered the wallpaper was delivered quickly. Very happy with the quality of the paper. The wallpaper calculator was really useful, gave us the right amount for what we needed.”
