“Original order was lost in transit by the courier but when I contacted wallpaper online they investigated and resolved the issue very quickly and reissued the order which arrived in a couple of days.”

“When I made a mistake with my order (I forgot that I needed two rolls) I contacted your helpline, a young lady told me to order a second roll and said that she would delete the delivery charge AND would ensure that both rolls came from the same batch. Delivery was prompt and the wallpaper was well wrapped.”
