“This Walmart is the worst store out there. I took a battery that was still under warranty to have checked and replaced. I call the store for hours and was told that they were open till 6, so when I arrived at 3:30 I was told that they close at four and that I would have to come back tomorrow. So I left and came back the next morning. The man told me he would charge it and test it which would take about 90 min. so I left again and came back two hours later and was told the machine wasnt on and id have to come back the next day! Now I'm a bit upset but left and came back the next morning again. When I arrived the man at the counter told me I needed to talk with the manager so I said okay and began to wait. Well after 1 hour and 45 min the manager finally comes back and says there's nothing he can do cause my battery checked good and I explained that I had it checked and it showed it was bad but he keeps claiming it was good. so I leave and get home, install the battery and put a load on it and it does nothing. so here I sit with a battery that still has a warranty but they refuse to replace it. You think your saving money getting things there but when they refuse to stand behind what they sell your when its defective your really losing! Worst auto center manager and store manager you could possibly deal with! I for one will never step foot in that filthy store!”
