“1 person working grocery pick up. Ive been here over 30 minutes and only 3 orders have come outside. The person working has 1 speed....and its not a hustle. Rude call operator.”
“We needed to get something from a locked case so we hit the buzzer for assistance no one came so I went and asked for help we was told I called someone for you no one came went and Asked another employee and was told someone should come shortly after 15 min we asked another employee which said well I don't have a key, ok that's great how about getting the employee who has a key well that went no where after 20 minutes we left and left everything else we was going to get , is there only one key for there locks or how about you put a time on your locked cases letting people know when the employee will be working that has the KEY would be great ..”
“Today I made my LAST VISIT to this store. I am tired of the dirt around the store, the entrance smells of cigarette smoke, and the bathrooms are filthy. The shelves are a mess ...the overall shopping experience is simply not pleasant. The Arnold store is like going to a Nordstrom's of the discount stores...so Arnold has my business now.”
“The WORST deli. No one there to help. Several associates walking in and to the back. No one makes eye contact. Totally ignore customers. I guess they figure if they keep you waiting long enough, you’ll leave. Which, of course is exactly what I did.”
“This Walmart is the worst store out there. I took a battery that was still under warranty to have checked and replaced. I call the store for hours and was told that they were open till 6, so when I arrived at 3:30 I was told that they close at four and that I would have to come back tomorrow. So I left and came back the next morning. The man told me he would charge it and test it which would take about 90 min. so I left again and came back two hours later and was told the machine wasnt on and id have to come back the next day! Now I'm a bit upset but left and came back the next morning again. When I arrived the man at the counter told me I needed to talk with the manager so I said okay and began to wait. Well after 1 hour and 45 min the manager finally comes back and says there's nothing he can do cause my battery checked good and I explained that I had it checked and it showed it was bad but he keeps claiming it was good. so I leave and get home, install the battery and put a load on it and it does nothing. so here I sit with a battery that still has a warranty but they refuse to replace it. You think your saving money getting things there but when they refuse to stand behind what they sell your when its defective your really losing! Worst auto center manager and store manager you could possibly deal with! I for one will never step foot in that filthy store!”

“October 5, 2022 @ around 5:30pm. I moved my way down the soda drink isle where I crossed patch with a young lady working. I didn't say anything as she got an attitude. Same employee as I walked back up the isle to leave she backed up into me. Started with an attitude as I tried to walk away. I was wrong to get an attitude back. I NEVER threatened or touched anyone as the Walmart employee followed me threatening to spit on me, call someone to take care of me, as well as to beat me up right their. Manager decides I have to leave the store and employee was right the whole time. I really don't know what to say. Never have I ever been treated this poorly!! This store is absolutely out of control with lazy rude employees. It's sad to see. I invite Walmart to actually look at the security tapes to see how their employee really acted instead of taking the word of other employees. Definitely will NEVER shop here again nor should anyone else. Also asked manager multiple times to call the police and she refused to call the police. This is after the manager claimed I hit this employee.”
