“Have to return does not fit my boot at all too bog. I also have to now pay €23 for returns aswell. Very disappointing”

“Looked up car seats said they would fit. They did not. Sent package back with a cost for postage €12 50. Have had no reimbursement a month later.Just adding to this review. Once I wrote same company did get back to me and did reimburse monies owed. I have no particular grip with company they did get back eventually but very slow. Maybe it would be better to let customer know same. Thank you”

Unfortunately, this is due to the fact that due to the high volume of packages at Christmas time and the sickness-related absences, there were sometimes delays. “Received defective product. Reported it to customer service with the photo proof and nothing happened. No reply by email, not possible to connect by phone. Total disgrace. Not a trustworthy seller.”

“I wouldn't even give one star as my order was placed in April and I still havnt received it..I had no correspondence from this company till I rang a few wks ago wondering where my order was...no way will I recommend or shop from walser again”
