I am happy with the quality of the product but the delivery was 10 days from handing it to DHL in Germany to Delivery in Ireland

Items are not great quality seat covers already showing signs of pulled stitches after only a week of use. The mats are okay but not great. Didn't receive my boot cover insert with order and haven't received any communication since as to why. For the price the items were the quality is just okay.

I ordered two car seat covers sets (front and rear) which were specifically supposed to be suitable for Skoda Fabias from 2014 to date, for my 2018 model Fabia. Following receipt of my order, I was surprised about the unclear fitting instructions enclosed as they referred to rear backrest covers that are open at the back. The ones I had ordered were closed all around by way of zips. Also, the instruction video on YouTube, though well produced, glossed over the tricky bits of fitting the covers by strangely convenient editing, so was no help at all. Having spent a substantial amount of time trying to fit the covers, I eventually had to give up due to the design of the rear backrest covers obviously not being suitable for my 2018 Fabia. I emailed a complaint to Walser which was received and dealt with by a thankfully very attentive and helpful customer service agent who organised a free DHL return and money refund for me. Had it not been for this agent, I would only have awarded one star in this review, angry at my waste of time with the products ordered.

It takes up to six weeks to arrive and it was down for delivery for 28th and still no sign
