“ I don’t know what they do, but I am among a number of people who order from this company, they send it via DHL but the parcel gets lost in Germany. Very poor customer service, they just keep saying to wait as a delivery is still possible… after it’s been missing for 6 weeks, so I seriously doubt it! Have asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER. ”
