“Laurie’s attention and help were exceptional. However, my contractor was inexperienced and fairly incompetent. I had outdoor heating installed which works in part of the area but not all. Unfortunately the main steps to the front door do not melt. I use the back steps for my dog yard and they do melt🙏🏻 One other problem I have is the manual nature of initiating the system. I thought the sensor would automatically turn it on but I have to do it when it’s going to snow. If I’m not home it can’t catch up to fallen snow. Also the walkway melt travels to the public sidewalk where it turns into a skating rink. I use salt on that. I’m only 75% happy with the results and 100% wish I hadn’t invested in it. It was trouble all the way. Inside floors work well but I think it’s too expensive to operate and appreciate being able to see the amount of power it uses so I can calculate the cost and act frugally. The whole system is definitely a luxury. I did see that you offer many detection methods to solve problems but I am exhausted from the experience and ended up firing my contractor.”

“Every part of the process was amazing, from concept drawing to shipping everything was on par. Installation instruction where good, my only 2 points are in the thermostat instruction it did not mention anything about what ohm setting to put it,(had to call tech support for that) second the wire that transition from the heated mat to the thermostat wire is big. Had to put down more tile glue thickness then what I would of used normally. Other then that over 1 year and still working fine.”

“I put a WarmlyYours heating mesh under my marble tile floor in our bathroom over a decade ago. It has been reliably keeping us warm through cold upstate NY winters for all that time. Back when I purchased it I remember the customer support was excellent and responsive. I’m sure they have come a long way since then.”

“I have an older home built in the 30’s which I completely renovated and out an additional on. I always had a problem with ice build up in the roof valley where the new addition met the old (not properly ventilation) roof. Warmly Yours finally made a heating cable that could be used on steel roofs. So far I’m coming up on the 3rd winter and it solved my problem! I just run a single cable up one valley and over the peak on down the back valley and it clears the way for the melting snow to leave without turning to ice buildup. Only problem I had was a few of the glue pads let go the first year and I had to get up and replace them. It was fairly expensive but it works better than anything I’ve tried before and I’m happy with the results and customer service.”

“We purchased a heated towel bar because our contractor was familiar with your products and they were able to give us a better price instead of us purchasing the same product from a different source. Everything works fine. The only reason for my 4 star review, instead of 5, is due to the fact it doesn't heat as hot as we would like. We had purchased another brand for our guest bath and that one heats better.”

“The room that has this product, is standing on piles however the floor cavities are spray foam filled. The heating of the room is definitely acceptable - sometimes though it can not be clear as to whether the warmth is from the product only or is from the sun coming in the windows (most is early sun mind you)”
