“The thermostat is somewhat difficult to program. Haven’t actually used the system yet as we haven’t moved into our new bathroom. Once we move into the space, we will be able to rate the system better.”

“I purchased a towel warmer for my wife for Christmas last year. It worked great and looks beautiful. After a couple months it stopped working. Warmly Yours was great about replacing the unit. The second one was installed and after a couple months that one stopped working too. Both were plugged in to an outlet. I reached out again for a replacement and they did but this time I hard wired the unit. After a couple months this unit stopped working as well. I'm now working on installing a whole house surge protector just for the purpose of getting more than two months of life on a towel warmer. The experience has been frustrating to say the least, but the company has been great to work with.”

“I previously bought under-rug warmers. Was a great product, I liked it so well that I also bought some for my parents house. Unfortunately, Warmly Yours decided to no longer sell the product, and when I needed support after several years of use, they were not able to service the product nor supply a replacement part.”

Hi Edward, I completely understand your frustration. I loved that under-rug product too! Sadly, the manufacturer in Ireland that we co-developed it with went out of business. Since they closed, we unfortunately lost access to the specific replacement parts needed to service these older units.
